Ashley was born and raised in Edmundston, NB. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Moncton and pursued her studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax, where she completed her Masters of Physiotherapy. Ashley is a passionate physiotherapist with a unique perspective, having grown up as a competitive dancer. Her years of dance gave her firsthand experience of the physical demands placed on the body, as well as the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Ashley always had special interests in the private sector and gained experience working alongside a team of professionals as a student. After completing her Masters of Physiotherapy, she started her career in private practice helping multiple patients achieving their goals and return to activities they love. She believes that understanding each person’s unique needs and goals is fundamental to providing effective care. By creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific requirements of each patient, Ashley strives to empower individuals to overcome physical challenges and achieve their personal health goals. With a commitment to personalized care, Ashley fosters an environment of trust and support, where patients feel encouraged to reach their best self. Outside of her career, she deeply values quality time with her friends, family and her two cats. Ashley also enjoys unwinding in cozy coffee shops, spending time in nature and travelling with her fiancée.

Select this option if you are (1) NEW to our clinic or (2) your injury has returned but you have not been treated for this injury in our clinic for over 6months, or (3) you have been assessed for this injury by a Rehab1 Physiotherapist but wish to switch to another Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapy Assessment involves a 1-hour one-on-one history and biomechanical evaluation with a Physiotherapist on our Rehab1 Team. This allows us the time to a develop a clear picture of your current condition and help us provide you with the proper physiotherapy treatment plan.
