Kevan graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Through his practice and massage program, he has been able to work with a variety of individuals from university athletes to desk workers and everything in between. He has treated patients with specific conditions such as headaches, frozen shoulder, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, chronic pain and many other conditions. Coming from an athletic background in sports such as competitive gymnastics, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee, Kevan understands the importance of treatments and what massage therapy can do to provide a healthy recovery and maintain balance in the body. Kevan combines the use of general Swedish massage with other techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, and dynamic and passive stretching. He is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Kevan uses these techniques in a relaxing but orthopedic approach to help his patients achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic you can find Kevan playing volleyball and ultimate frisbee, snowboarding, or on the trails with his dog, Harvey.
