Abby graduated from UBCO with a bachelor’s degree in human kinetics with a focus on clinical studies. Since then, she has gone on to be certified in clinical Pilates and has worked as a kinesiologist and Pilates instructor. She uses a combination of traditional kinesiology and Pilates techniques to customize rehabilitation plans for each individual. Abby believes in well-rounded, holistic treatment and looking to treat the root cause rather than just symptoms. Abby is originally from Chilliwack but has lived in the Okanagan for about half her life. In her free time she loves to be outdoors on the water, camping, or exploring trails with her fiancé and her dog!
