Makenzie grew up with an interest in anatomy, pathology and a passion for helping others. These interests are what lead Makenzie to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Makenzie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. Throughout Makenzie’s two year practicum she had the opportunity to work with diverse individuals from all walks of life. Through this practice Makenzie treated a well rounded variety of conditions including in part: Multiple sclerosis, parkinson’s, pre and post natal massage, spinal cord injuries, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Makenzie also received experience working with the Athletes of Douglas College and The University of British Columbia’s Varsity Sports Program. When Makenzie isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, backpacking, hiking, reading, playing soccer and travelling!
