Sharon is a UBC master of physical therapy graduate who has firsthand experience on the positive impacts of physical therapy and aims to in turn, share that experience with others. She is dedicated to empowering her clients through education on the root causes of the injury alongside a blend of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Each client is unique, bringing with them their own story. Understanding this, Sharon strives to create individualized treatment plans where one can seamlessly blend into their current lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Sharon loves spending her time baking all sorts of treats (cookies, bread, brownies – you name it!). Sharon also loves spending time outdoors whether it be running with her dog or skiing down the mountains.
