M.OMSc B.Sc (Hons) Lauren’s passion for sports and an active lifestyle started in her youth where she grew up playing many sports including competitive soccer. This early experience not only instilled in her the values of teamwork and collaboration but also inspired her journey towards osteopathy, as a result of sports related injuries. Today, she loves to be involved in sports-centric environments and is committed to upholding a health-conscious lifestyle that includes activities like hiking, intensive F45 workouts, and refreshing summer runs. Outside of her clinical work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, a little retail therapy and escaping to the cottage for the weekend.
