This early experience not only instilled in her the values of teamwork and collaboration but also inspired her journey towards osteopathy, as a result of sports related injuries. Today, she loves to be involved in sports-centric environments and is committed to upholding a health-conscious lifestyle that includes activities like hiking, intensive F45 workouts, and refreshing summer runs. Outside of her clinical work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, a little retail therapy and escaping to the cottage for the weekend.

Required to arrive at a structural diagnosis and perform osteopathic manipulative therapy followed by a customized treatment plan.
