Amy is a 2021 graduate of Illinois Valley Community College's Therapeutic Massage program. She is a 2022 graduate of IVCC's Advanced Clinical program where she has earned an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage. Amy strives to provide a peaceful environment that will provide comfort and relaxation through therapeutic massage. She works to help her clients achieve optimal health through many aspects of massage whether there is a need for relaxation or a focus on muscle specific Swedish massage. Through teamwork with her clients, Amy provides specific massage tailored to the individual's needs.

Therapeutic massage using a mix of myofascial release with Swedish techniques with light to deep pressure depending on your needs. Some joint movement to improve range of motion.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas. It can relieve stress and tension, improve nerve and blood supply and promote unblocking of nerve impulses and help nature to normalize the body to homeostasis. This service can be experienced alone or added to massage session
