_ Registered Massage Therapist_ Hello! My name is Becca, I am a graduate from MaKami College 3000 hour Massage Therapy program. I am very passionate about natural healing modalities, and I am always looking to expand my knowledge and education in this practice. Not only am I an RMT, I also practice Usui Reiki with my certification of all three levels, including masters. I’ve been a medium since childhood, and over the years, I have learned how to use this gift to help others, whether that be through intuitive guidance or finding messages from higher frequency spirits and loved ones. Within this field my goals are to work towards a PhD in acupuncture, as well as a Bachelor in Psychology to find more modalities of healing to help people flourish to the highest point of being their most authentic selves. Outside of work, I love music and am very passionate about dance. I believe it to be a form of meditative movement. I’m very outdoorsy and often go camping or hiking. I love my family and friends cherishing the time I have with them when we can celebrate life together. I am looking forward to working with you as a client and building a connection through professional friendship!
Massage Therapy
Swedish massage techniques are used to manipulate soft tissues and muscles to relieve stress and discomfort. Treatments may address concerns such as neck tension, frozen shoulder, and lower back pain using a variety of techniques including effleurage, petrissage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and rapid release. Each session is customized to your needs and enhanced with warm hot towels, magnesium muscle relaxant application, and aromatherapy to support deeper relaxation and recovery. Applicable for direct billing.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a light and gentle treatment. It encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste and toxins from body tissues and the circulatory system. Unlike the circulatory system with the heart, the lymphatic system does not have an internal pump. The therapist will use manual techniques to create movement within the system and reducing congestion. The course of treatment will be determined by therapist & client at the time of appointment. Manual lymphatic drainage is often combined with therapeutic massage. Applicable for direct billing.
