Naomi has always been fascinated by movement, resilience and the quiet intelligence of the human body. After a fast-paced (read: stress-fueled) career in the New York fashion industry, she traded heels for hiking boots and deadlines for downward dogs, reconnecting with herself through yoga and meditation, travels, adventures and movement. A lifelong love of physical activity, Naomi has explored the world and her physical limits through swimming, running, hiking, powerlifting, surfing, scuba diving, backpacking, sailing, yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, just to name a few. These experiences, combined with the toll of a high-stress career, gave her a firsthand understanding of just how much our bodies carry, and how much they need intentional recovery. That passion naturally led her into a career in health and wellness. For over a decade, Naomi has worked as a Registered Massage Therapist, offering therapeutic, evidence-informed care that helps clients move, feel, and function at their best. With a background in sports therapy and a trauma-informed approach, she supports everything from performance and injury recovery to stress, postural issues and nervous system regulation. Her toolkit is broad and thoughtful, including: • Cupping therapy • IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) • Joint mobilizations • Fasciatherapy & myofascial stretching • Active release therapy • Auriculotherapy (ear seeds) • Lymphatic drainage • Buccal and intraoral massage for TMJ dysfunction Naomi’s approach is clinical yet compassionate, rooted in science, shaped by experience and always tailored to each client’s unique needs in the moment. She believes in listening to the body, not overriding it. Outside the clinic, Naomi is a certified scuba diver and passionate traveler with an appetite for adventure, a curiosity for traditional medicines, and a deep appreciation for ocean waves and street food. Her time spent exploring diverse cultures and landscapes continues to inform her grounded, integrative approach to care. For Naomi, healing isn’t just about relieving pain, it’s about restoring connection, building resilience and creating the space to feel truly well. She meets every client with curiosity, respect and a genuine desire to help them feel at home in their body again.
