STEPHANIE INMAN – PHYSIOTHERAPIST (MSCPT) Stephanie graduated from University of Lethbridge in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, while playing varsity basketball for the Pronghorns. She completed a Master in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. Her experience as a varsity athlete taught her the importance of recovering from sports injuries, the necessity of balancing stress, sleep and diet to achieve fitness goals, and making training programs sport specific. Stephanie’s interest is in manual therapy, orthopedics, and dry needling. She currently treats musculoskeletal injuries, including sports injuries, pre and post-operative rehabilitation and motor vehicle accidents, with a focus on injury recovery, prevention and optimizing health. Her focus of treatment is enhancing joint and muscle health, through the use of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, cupping, taping, education, and exercise. In her spare time, Stephanie lives an active lifestyle, playing basketball, hiking, skiing, biking, running and weightlifting in the gym.
