Dr. Connor is an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for helping patients recover from injury, improve movement, and perform at their highest level. He completed five years of undergraduate studies while playing collegiate baseball, earning an Associate’s degree in Kinesiology, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Fitness Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. Connor’s own experience overcoming low back pain through chiropractic care during his collegiate baseball career inspired him to pursue the profession. Today, he has a special interest in treating sports-related injuries, optimizing movement, and helping athletes of all ages return to the activities they love. As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified practitioner, Connor is passionate about helping golfers improve both performance and longevity in the game. Through golf movement assessments, he identifies mobility and stability limitations that may impact swing mechanics, contribute to pain, or increase injury risk. By combining chiropractic care, corrective exercise, and movement-based treatment strategies, he helps golfers move better so they can play better. Connor is committed to providing individualized, evidence-informed care that helps every patient—from competitive athletes to weekend golfers and active families—move better, feel better, and achieve their health and performance goals.
