NEW PATIENT - 60 Minute RMT Massage Treatment
All new patients are required to fill out a health history form. The first session includes a discussion on consent to receive treatment, assessment, treatment plan, massage treatment, home care and payment for the treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to fill out any necessary paperwork.
