I am a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta, a Reiki and Shamballa Master, and a Breathwork Facilitator. I moved to the Bow Valley in 2018 and have been relishing the beauty and magic of the Rockies ever since. Having spent most of my life as a dancer, I graduated from the rigorous and comprehensive pre-professional dance program at George Brown - Ballet Jorgen Canada in Toronto, Ontario. My discipline in dance has equipped me with a deep understanding of the commitment and passion involved in competitive sports. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My primary interests lie in women’s health, including menstruation regulation, infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I am also deeply passionate about mental-emotional conditions and understanding how emotions are stored in the body. I believe the human body is an energetic blueprint of mind, body, and soul, and I am committed to empowering people and guiding them on their healing and expansion journeys.
