I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Professional Thai Massage Certification program at Sirius Health Thai Massage School. My bodywork and fitness training background includes Calgary College of Holistic Health Massage Practitioner, Resistance Flexibility Training Levels 1 and 2, Body Mechanics Training Levels 1 and 2 and NASM Personal Trainer. I am also a Golf Teaching Professional with training certifications from PGA, LPGA and USGTF, where I am a Masters Level Golf Instructor. I received degrees in Sport Psychology from the University of Winnipeg and a Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary. I plan to provide care and wellness to others while continuing with by Thai Massage Practitioner training and further assisted stretching methods.
