Anjali Ali completed an Honours degree in Health Sciences specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences and a Minor in Psychology at Western University, followed by a Masters in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about how physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing all influence recovery. Anjali has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, using techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, concussion rehabilitation, and cupping. She is also expanding into pelvic health and has completed her Level 1 and Level 2 training. Her approach is holistic and trauma-informed, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. Dedicated to ongoing learning, Anjali enjoys exploring new techniques in both MSK and pelvic health. Outside of work, she loves painting, playing badminton, and spending time in nature. She is committed to helping patients feel confident, supported, and empowered on their health journey.
