Emily holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Since graduating, she has worked in private practice treating a mixed caseload of orthopaedic and pelvic health clients. Emily has pursued extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy and dry needling. Her treatment approach is rooted in exercise and education, with a strong emphasis on helping clients achieve their individual goals. She also incorporates hands-on manual therapy and dry needling to support optimal outcomes. Emily is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys staying active, whether at the gym, swimming, or playing squash with friends. She also loves experimenting with new recipes and getting lost in a good book and is always happy to receive recommendations for both.
