Valérie graduated from McGill University in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science. She is a registered physiotherapist and a member of the Ordre Professionel des Physiothérapeutes du Quebec. Throughout her internships, she realized that her passion was focused on pain relief, treatment and prevention of further injury. Valérie also has a strong interest in manual therapy. She has completed her levels 1 and 2 in manual therapy and plans on completing further levels as well. She also has been educated on the use of Rock Tape for different types of injuries and she has followed a weekend class on the prevention of running injuries.
