I'm Liza, a licensed massage therapist with a background in healthcare and a deep passion for wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that every body is different, and that the most effective sessions are the ones tailored specifically to you. I bring a clinical understanding of the body together with genuine care for your overall well-being so whether you're coming in to unwind or to address something specific, you're in good hands. I offer a wide range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai integrations, cupping, hot stone, and lymphatic drainage. I am formally certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a specialized technique that supports the body's natural detox processes, reduces swelling, and promotes deep healing from the inside out. One of my favorite things to do is weave Thai-inspired techniques and assisted stretching into sessions, which adds a dynamic, freeing quality that clients often say they've never experienced before. I love the creativity of blending methods to get you the results you're actually looking for. My goal is simple: to help you leave feeling better than when you walked in looser, lighter, and more at ease in your body.
