Joe has been a massage therapist since 2022 and specializes in Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Myofascial release, Cupping & Gua Sha. He provides a therapeutic massage in a safe and healing environment intended to decrease pain and reduce stress. Guiding others toward the natural state our bodies wish to be in is his passion. He believes our bodies have their own innate healing ability, so he strives to be nature’s assistant. His approach combines both western and eastern philosophy, giving his clients a well rounded and healing massage. Through helping his clients become more physically and emotionally self-aware, he desires to take massage therapy from superficial bodywork to deeper, more mindful levels. When not providing bodywork, Joe spends his time practicing yoga, mountain biking, playing on the water, and building tiny homes.
