As a RMT, I take a personalized approach to helping clients reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and feel their best. I offer Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage, along with assisted stretching to support flexibility and range of motion. My treatments can also incorporate hot stone therapy, kinetic cupping, and IASTM, depending on each client’s needs and goals. I’m committed to continuing my education and will be adding Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to my practice in the future.
