I’m Ashley Gorman, a Licensed Massage Therapist with five years of professional experience. I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, an institution recognized for more than 35 years of excellence in massage therapy education. I am highly compassionate toward individuals living with chronic pain and complex conditions, and I am committed to providing evidence-informed, therapeutic care. My primary specialization is neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT) — a focused modality that targets muscle imbalance, tension, and nerve irritation. I have found NMT to be one of the most effective approaches for addressing both multifaceted pain presentations and common musculoskeletal complaints. Each treatment session is tailored to the patient’s unique needs, with the goal of reducing discomfort, improving function and mobility, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.”
Massage Therapy
To be used only for individuals with an active and authorized referral. All referrals will be verified. RX medical massage (or clinical/therapeutic massage) is a targeted bodywork therapy focused on treating specific injuries, chronic pain, or medical conditions, using advanced techniques like deep tissue or trigger point therapy to improve function, reduce inflammation, and aid recovery, often within a doctor's treatment plan

It is often used to help with lymphedema, swelling caused by a buildup of fluid, particularly after surgery or radiation therapy. This type of massage redirects fluid to unaffected areas, helping to drain swollen tissues
