I have provided physiotherapy in a variety of sports and have participated as a therapist in competitions including the World Junior Track & Field Championships, World Tennis Tour, Canada Games, Canadian Junior Track & Field Trials, Pan Am Junior Track & Field Championships and PBR Canadian Finals. I am also a physiotherapy consultant for the Sport Medicine & Science Council of Saskatchewan. I have special interests in sports injuries, athlete screening and biomechanical assessments, neck and back pain, TMJ (jaw) pain, pre and post operative rehab, custom bracing and on-field sport medicine. With my Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy Canada and ImPACT Trained Physiotherapist (ITPT) credentials, I also offer concussion management including computerized neurocognitive ImPACT testing and extensive clinical assessment and treatment. An assessment of individual muscle strength and/or flexibility to identify muscle imbalances that lead to recurrent injuries or prevent peak performance. May choose one of the following: 1) whole body strength assessment 2) whole body flexibility assessment 3) upper body strength and flexibility assessment 4) lower body strength and flexibility assessment. Athletes may book more than one assessment if needed to achieve their goals
