I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton in 2009, earning a 2200-hour diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping clients improve their well-being through a variety of massage techniques. I offer a range of treatments including relaxation massage, therapeutic and deep tissue work, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, sports massage, therapeutic hot stone massage, myofascial cupping, and pre- and postnatal massage. In March 2026, I completed my Diploma in Foot Reflexology through the Canadian Reflexology School. This treatment can be offered as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to massage therapy sessions. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually expanding my skills in advanced modalities. I’m planning on adding hand and ear reflexology to these skills in the near future. As a member of CMMOTA, I support the regulation and advancement of the massage therapy profession in Alberta.
