I have happily been a Chiropractor for over 28 years. I graduated in 1998 from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I have my honours degree in Physical and Health Education from McMaster University. My passion is helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. I use many techniques including Thompson, Diversified, Network Spinal Analysis, Koren Specific Technique, Activator, cranial and extremity adjusting. I tailor my adjustments to the individual's needs and wants. I also have certifications in pregnancy and pediatric care and I have adjusted and helped people of all ages (newborns to the elderly). I also use Cold Laser Therapy when needed as an assistive healing tool as well as fitting patients for custom orthotics.
