William Wells believes their role is to facilitate change through interaction with the nervous system. They use a mixture of traditional and myofascial techniques to address their patients’ specific complaints, starting at the point of discomfort and working outwards to relax sore, tight muscles, mobilize restricted connective tissue, and ease tension throughout the body. They also offer treatments using the Biodynamic Fascial Integration approach, combining cranio-sacral, visceral, and myofascial techniques with gentle touch and relying on the body’s ability to adapt to internal and external stimulus. When not engaged in massage therapy, they spend most of their time parenting, reading science fiction, and trying to maintain their own mobility through a yoga-inspired movement practice and kitchen dance parties with their two school-aged children. Post-graduate training: - 2026: Understanding Trauma in the Massage Therapy Context - Centre for Evidence-Based Education - 2023-2025: Biodynamic Fascial Integration (BFI) series - Bodhi Tree Teaching Centre
