When Im not helping clients unwind through bodywork, youll find me strength training, running on quiet trails, or soaking in the calm of a sauna session under the full moon. Im passionate about energy work, herbal remedies, and understanding the emotional layers that live in the body. My goal is to create a space where healing feels natural, personalized, and deeply grounding, for your muscles and your spirit.
This session gives us enough time to go deeper into the areas that need attention. Not designed for full-body work, but ideal for treating multiple areas of the bodyrestoring balance through thoughtful, focused care.
