Jessica has dedicated herself to our community for the past 15 years, providing compassionate care as a Personal Support Worker in clients homes. She was driven to do more and graduated from Westervelt College with honours. Her focus all along is to help heal others, and to restore compassion in humanity. Jessica is Ojibwe, from Sagamok First Nations, and is excited to begin practicing at Trinity! Jess is skilled at relaxation therapy, deep tissue massage, kinetic taping, ultrasound therapy, and improving body movement. She is also aiming to add Energy Massage modalities to her list of skills. Outside of Trinity, Jessica also works with the Indigenous Community, helping them on a path to healing.

Massage including Athletic Taping. Taping helps to support the ligaments and capsules of unstable joints by limiting excessive or abnormal movements. Taping enhances proprioceptive feedback from the limb or joint, to avoid further injury to the joint. Taping also supports injuries at the musculotendinous junctions by limiting movement. Athletic taping is used for injury prevention, pain management during sporting events, supporting dislocated joints, and provides the ability for the athlete to remain in the practice or event.
