Andy Holsteen is a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and martial artist. He completed his massage training at The New School for Massage and 200-hour yoga teacher training at Chi Town Shakti – both in Chicago. As a bodyworker, Andy focuses on myofascial release, muscle activation and mental relaxation. These techniques and modalities have helped him recover from injury and alleviate chronic back pain – inspiring him to learn and offer them to others. In sessions Andy creates a calming and safe environment through slow, methodical movement that encourages physical and mental release.
