Welcome to your physical therapy journey! I have a passion for exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Every patient I treat is unique and different, no two days or patients the same and we will use a fitness forward and manually based approach to reach the goals we establish together. A little about me - I am a mom to 4 kiddos - 3 girls and a boy! There are 7.5 years between the youngest and oldest and they keep us busy! We love the mountains and staying active! I treat all types of functional limitations including pelvic floor dysfunction for men and women, orthopedic conditions that may contribute to limited mobility in daily and fitness activities, and functional limitations that may require continued PT to make sure you can maintain your best level of mobility. I have had training with Herman and Wallace for Pelvic Floor, Institute of Clinical Excellence for fitness forward PT, Functional Triggerpoint Dry Needling, among many other courses since I graduated from AT Still University in 2009.
This is for patients who have not had Physical Therapy in our office before.
