I’ve always felt drawn to helping people, but that desire deepened after I lost my mom unexpectedly at 25. It shifted my path and led me to pursue a more meaningful way of supporting others—caring for not just the body, but the whole person. I went on to serve as an EMT, and later worked as a phlebotomist and surgical assistant before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside chiropractors, support post-surgical clients, and build my own practice. I also spent two years teaching massage therapy at Carrington College in Boise, where I taught anatomy, kinesiology, pathology, and a variety of massage techniques. That experience deepened both my knowledge and my passion for this work. I’ve continued my education beyond massage, studying Reiki and becoming a certified Emotion Code practitioner, because I believe healing goes beyond just the physical body. Through facilitating Pain to Purpose classes, I’ve learned how important it is to create a space where people feel safe and supported—and that’s something I bring into every session. Now in the Magic Valley, I’m grateful to bring all of that experience into my practice. I feel deeply called to this work and consider it a privilege to care for each person who walks through my door.
Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
