Hey there! I'm Christina, Licensed Massage Therapist, with over 10 years' experience. I'm here to show you that Massage is more than just treatment; it's a journey of self-care and healing. Let me help you find calm in the chaos. As a young adult, after receiving physical therapy due to an athletic injury, I believed that I was meant to help other individuals with their physical well-being. Following my high school graduation, I explored my options and was drawn to the Massage Therapy program at Fortis College. In 2013, after completing over 650 hours of training, I earned my license to practice massage therapy. I specialize in a wide range of modalities like: Swedish, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release Therapy. Although I like to customize each massage session to the individual, my technique is more relaxing/therapeutic with light trigger point work. I am also committed to learning new modalities, like cupping massage and lymphatic drainage, through continuing education programs to better help individuals in their healing journey. As a mom of 3, I know how busy schedules can get. That being said, I am prepared to work with your availability to best of my ability.
