Hi, I’m Danica! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy and have brought two years of professional experience from Singapore. Since relocating to Canada in 2015, I have been dedicated to working with a diverse range of patients, creating and executing effective treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and resume their daily activities. I am certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling and specialize in Women’s Pelvic Health. My treatment philosophy centers on patient education, therapeutic exercises, and self-management techniques. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, paddle boarding in Alberta’s scenic lakes, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect anyone, regardless of gender or age. The primary goal for our treatment is to improve the overall strength and functionality of the pelvic floor muscles when dealing with any of the following concerns: - Urinary/fecal incontinence - Bladder urgency/frequency - Pelvic organ prolapse - Pelvic/sexual pain - Diastasis rectus abdominus - Pre/post-partum management - Chronic constipation. After a thorough one-on-one assessment with our pelvic health physiotherapist Danica Cheng, we will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan, based on your specific needs and goals. Please note, at this time we only treat those with female anatomy, for any questions please contact our clinic at 780-297-1111 or [email protected]
