Kim Studied Kinesiology at York University prior to attending the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where she graduated in 2000 with her Diploma of Massage Therapy. She has extensive knowledge in Fitness and Health, resulting from both her studies as well as her personal interests. Kim was a competitive swimmer and competed at a National level in Synchronized Swimming and is also an avid runner, having competed in multiple marathons. She is particularly skilled in treating injuries from repetitive strain from sports, accidents or posture, as well as Pregnancy-induced Muscular discomfort, Tension headaches, Plantar Fasciitis, and low-back and pelvic muscular imbalance.
