Hi, I’m Ashley! I am originally from Vancouver Island and I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2011. My passion for massage therapy began through international travel experiences and my earlier work as a spa therapist. As an RMT, I have a broad range of clinical experience, including scar tissue and post-surgical treatment, visceral therapy for reproductive health, sports and overuse injuries, and pre- and post-natal care. I hold certifications in Clinical Pilates, Visceral Massage for Reproductive Health, and the Graston M1 technique. My special interest is in treating chronic pelvic pain and it stems from personal experience so I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can find meaningful relief. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including members of the Vancouver Whitecaps, the Toronto Raptors, Olympic athletes, and spa clientele. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to care. As a strong advocate for preventative therapy, I strive to empower my clients through education, promote a proactive approach to health, and believe that massage therapy is an essential component of overall well-being.
