Dhara graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 from Gujarat University, India. She further advanced her education by completing a Fitness and Health Promotion certification from Algonquin College in 2023. Dhara is a Registered Physiotherapist who takes a patient-centered approach, conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals. She has completed additional training in acupuncture, dry needling, and spinal manipulation, allowing her to provide an evidence-informed, hands-on approach to care. She integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support recovery, prevent injuries, and promote long-term wellness. With experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Dhara is committed to improving function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. She strongly believes in the importance of movement and active rehabilitation as key components for maintaining overall health and independence. Outside the clinic, Dhara enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering different cuisines, which helps her connect with people from diverse backgrounds and bring a warm, empathetic approach to her patient care.
