Muskaan Arora is a Registered Kinesiologist with over two years of experience helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life through exercise and rehabilitation. She graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and has experience working with diverse populations, including older adults, ICBC clients, and individuals managing chronic health conditions and injuries. Muskaan is passionate about creating personalized, evidence-based programs that empower clients to move confidently and achieve their health goals. Having moved to Canada in 2021, she values building meaningful connections within her community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys travelling, dancing, and listening to music.
