Lymphatic Drainage
60 min massage allows 50 min of hands on massage time, 5 min for intake/to get undressed and 5 min to get dressed/address follow-up care recommendations. Discover the revitalizing benefits of our Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage, a gentle and therapeutic approach designed to support your body’s natural detoxification and healing processes. This specialized massage utilizes light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting efficient fluid drainage and reducing excess fluid buildup. MLD is particularly effective for managing a variety of conditions such as swelling and edema, which can arise from injury, surgery, or chronic health issues. It is also an excellent choice for those recovering from surgery, helping to alleviate post-operative swelling and bruising. For individuals dealing with lymphedema, MLD offers relief by addressing chronic swelling and supporting overall lymphatic function. Beyond these specific conditions, the massage enhances immune system performance by improving lymphatic circulation and aids in removing toxins from the body. In addition to its physical benefits, our Lymphatic Massage provides profound relaxation, helping to ease chronic fatigue and stress. Each session is customized to meet your individual needs, ensuring a soothing and effective treatment that promotes overall health and well-being.
