Bridget grew up in Prince Edward Island, where she studied Psychology at the University of Prince Edward Island before moving to Halifax to complete her Diploma in Massage Therapy at Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. In 2020 she began studying Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton Ontario and graduated in August 2024. As a therapist, Bridget integrates a variety of manual therapy techniques to assess, treat, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She values a holistic, patient-centred approach to care and is committed to supporting optimal function, recovery, and overall well-being.
