I have a life long passion for wellness, fitness, and nutrition. I am always trying to better myself in each of those areas and always doing better in one area than another. I love to mentor and empower others to do better in their lives. I believe we can keep ourselves on the road to wellness and healing simply by taking care of our bodies through massage, chiropractic, good nutrition and exercise. Every time I personally get a massage I think, "I hope I make people feel THIS good!". That drives me to be a better therapist today than I was yesterday. I want you to leave my massage table thinking that your massage couldn't possibly have been any better. I want you to be happy with your experience from the first moment you schedule an appointment to walking out the door afterwards. I have been a massage therapist for 17+ years and I can honestly say I have the best job ever!
