Tamil Vignesh is a Resident Physiotherapist who achieved her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India. She has had the privilege of practicing for 4 years at clinical setting in India before moving to Canada. Tamil Vignesh wanted to become a physiotherapist because she has witnessed how physiotherapy has made a difference in the recovery of one of her family members. She was able to witness the magic of making people better without the use of medicines and is inspired to be able to do this for other people. Tamil Vignesh has experience working with a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions such as Neck, Upper, Low back pain, Disc problems, Sciatica, Tendonitis, Frozen shoulder, Tennis, Golfers elbow, Wrist pain, Plantar fasciitis, Hip, Knee, Ankle injuries and Arthritis. Tamil Vignesh strongly believes in active listening so she can understand clients concerns and provide guidance to achieve their specific goals. She utilizes various patient centered treatments using education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and detailed exercise prescription. She strongly recommends her patients become active participants in their rehabilitation to achieve their goals and have successful outcomes. Tamil Vignesh enjoys learning new skills and looks forward to upgrading and growing her knowledge with us. In her spare time, she likes to do shopping, spending time with family and experience outdoor adventures.
A thorough history followed by a detailed and focused physical examination. Following the examination we will relay what they have found during the examination. During this time the we will inform the patient if any imaging is needed and will provide them with a general requisition. If no imaging is needed, we will develop an individualized treatment plan for the patient.
