Dre Francke détient un baccalauréat en biologie de l'Université de Montréal ainsi qu'un doctorat en chiropratique de la Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). Elle est certifiée par l’American National Board of Chiropractic Examiners et l’Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec. Ancienne athlète, Dre Francke s'est spécialisée en chiropratique sportive en obtenant les certifications Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) et Active Release Techniques (ART). Elle a notamment collaboré avec les équipes de hockey junior Los Angeles Kings 16AAA et 18AAA, où elle contribuait à l'optimisation de la fonction physique des athlètes, à l'accélération de leur réadaptation et à la prévention des blessures. L'observation des traumatismes crâniens liés au sport l'a amenée à poursuivre une formation avancée en Neurologie Fonctionnelle. Elle a complété une formation postdoctorale au Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, portant notamment sur la prise en charge des commotions cérébrales, des troubles du mouvement et des troubles vestibulaires. En 2024, Dre Francke a obtenu le statut de Diplomate du American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB) Elle exerce en français, en anglais et en espagnol. --- Dr. Francke holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Université de Montréal and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). She is board certified by the American National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and l’Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec. A former athlete, Dr. Francke earned the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) credential as well as certification in Active Release Techniques (ART). She worked with the Los Angeles Jr. Kings 16AAA and 18AAA hockey teams, helping to optimize athletic performance, accelerate rehabilitation, and reduce the risk of injury. Witnessing the effects of sports-related head injuries inspired Dr. Francke to pursue advanced training in Functional Neurology. She completed postgraduate training at the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, with a focus on the assessment and management of concussions, movement disorders, and vestibular disorders. In 2024, she obtained Diplomate status from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB). Dr. Francke is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
