I have a passion for providing care to those with chronic pain, caregivers, and those who have a desire to improve their physical and mental wellness. A practicing Massage Therapist since late 2019, and Board Certified in 2020, I have advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Prenatal Massage, Scar Tissue/Myofascial Release, Ortho-Bionomy, Cupping, and Hot Stone. I believe that massage is best when tailored to client - there is no “one size fits all” for massage therapy and it is never “routine.”

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
