Meet Dr. Aubrey Stephanie is the owner of PT Works LLC, a cash based physical therapy clinic that bridges the gap between rehab and performance. After a few years working in the traditional physical therapy model which focuses on volume, she became motivated to create a new paradigm focusing more on quality of treatment in a one-on-one setting. This allows her to take a more holistic approach using a variety of modalities including dry needling, cupping, and AISTM, to improve the client’s overall quality of life. Dr. Aubrey is also part of the contributing faculty at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has been able to assist the next generation of Physical Therapy Doctors with the basics of patient interaction and skills needed to succeed in the healthcare environment. She is also the founder of The Phoenix Regiment, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing physical therapy and wellness services to first responders and veterans.
