Rachelle Hay is a Registered Massage Therapist, licensed and registered with the Ontario Massage Therapist Association and has twenty plus years of experience working with clients in the healthcare profession. She offers a unique combination of Craniosacral/Visceral Manipulation Therapy and Swedish Massage. Her gentle touch yet powerful modalities have proven to be very beneficial for a variety of conditions, including headaches , chronic pain, IBS, anxiety and much more.
- With over 25 years of experience, Rachelle offers a full body holistic approach. She uses a variety of Massage Therapy techniques, including Cranial Sacral and Visceral Manipulation - If these are techniques you wish to include in your session. Treatment of new and old injuries, pain, muscle/connective tissue restrictions, inflammation, as well as stress and overall relaxation. If this is the first time you are booking a session with Rachelle, the first 15 minutes will include a detailed history and assessment to understand your goals and primary areas of focus. Follow up treatments will include a brief check-in and reassessment as needed. Both of which will be followed by a 1 hour and 15 minute hands-on Massage Therapy session. Working along side of a team of Healthcare Practitioners at PureWellness, Rachelle is open to referring to others when necessary. Her goal is to help you achieve overall health and she is very excited to help you with this Wellness journey.
