Rachael graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in September 2024. Her focus is on addressing the root causes of patients’ pain through a variety of techniques including: relaxation and deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, manual osteopathic adjustments, lymphatic drainage, myofascial remodeling and visceral manipulation. Rachael choose this field because she is passionate about helping others. Outside of her professional life, she stays active and has recently started boxing classes.
