BODY CRAFTERS - Health & Sport Clinic

#81 - 935 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC, V7P 1S3

Tiana opened Vancity Massage Therapy (later Vancity Health) in 2014 with a simple vision: clinical massage therapy that doesn’t feel clinical. The clinic had a geeky decor that celebrated nerds and fandoms of all kinds. Due to a leasing issue the clinic closed in Spring of 2025, and Tiana is practicing part time as a RMT while pursuing some side quests. Tiana is a graduate of the 3,000-hour Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy—one of Canada’s most rigorous RMT training programs. She later deepened her understanding of the human body through a Bachelor of Health Science at Thompson Rivers University and over 70 hours of hands-on anatomy lab work with cadavers. These experiences gave her a unique, real-world grasp of how tissues, nerves, and movement patterns interact (and sometimes misbehave). Her treatments target the root of the issue—not just the loudest symptoms—and often blend deep tissue work with nerdy anatomical insights and strategic home-care exercises. She’s worked extensively with desk workers, athletes, pregnant clients, migraine sufferers, folks with thoracic outlet or piriformis syndrome, and chronic lower back pain warriors. If you’ve been told “you just have to live with it,” she probably wants to see you. Outside of clinic life, Tiana is deeply passionate about innovation, human behavior, and systems that should work better than they do. In her not-so-spare time, Tiana researches securities fraud (yes, for fun), explores how consciousness interacts with technology, and devours anything related to sharks, psychology, or outer space. She’s currently collaborating on a hackathon project exploring UAPs and soft landings for humanity. She’s also got a soft spot for science fiction, consciousness studies, and restoring balance between intuition and logic—whether through massage or machine learning. If you’re looking for someone who sees your body like an interconnected system (and not just a collection of tight muscles), you’ve found your RMT.
