Kyle is a kinesiologist with experience in rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and performance development. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, with additional experience in strength and conditioning. Kyle graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, concentrating in Active Health and Rehabilitation. During his studies, he developed a strong foundation in exercise prescription, biomechanics, injury prevention, and return to activity programming. He competed as a varsity football athlete at Simon Fraser University and York University. His background in competitive sport, along with his own experiences recovering from injuries, has shaped his passion for helping others rebuild strength, restore function, and regain confidence in their movement. Kyle works with a wide range of clients including youth athletes, individuals recovering from injury, general population, and older adults seeking to improve mobility and quality of life. He focuses on individualized programming that supports long term health, resilience, and sustainable progress.
