I am a licensed massage therapist who discovered my passion for holistic health while working in a chiropractic setting in Greenwood, Indiana. I attended Indiana Wellness College from January 2023 to January 2024, where I built a strong foundation in therapeutic massage. I specialize in deep tissue massage and am certified in prenatal massage and cupping therapy. I am dedicated to helping clients heal naturally by identifying the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. With a passion for both massage and education, I continue to support Indiana Wellness College by assisting in the student clinic and classroom while actively pursuing additional certifications to expand my skills. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and spoiling my cats.
Prenatal massage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment designed specifically for expectant mothers. It helps relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, swollen feet, and fatigue while promoting relaxation and emotional well-being. Using safe positioning and techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy, prenatal massage supports improved circulation, reduced stress, and overall comfort for both mom and baby.
