Since 1994, Jennie has combined knowledge (Master's degree in Exercise Physiology) & experience (Inpatient Rehabilitation) into her massage therapy practice. She considers herself to be a "Muscle Whisperer," as she patiently and persistently waits for the muscle to soften and release as much as possible so that healing and relief can occur. Jennie's specialty is Therapeutic Massage, using specialized techniques (i.e. Myofascial Release, Trigger Point therapy, IASTM, Active/Resistive Stretching to name a few), which are effective for tackling acute & chronic pain and the lingering effects of stress and injuries (acute & repetitive). While therapeutic massage (aka., "deep tissue/site-specific") is her specialty, Jennie also offers a fabulous relaxation massage (aka., "Swedish"). Many clients prefer a blend of the two! When you book your appointment, you can choose how you would like to customize your session. PRICING Pricing is simple, you pay for the time, regardless if it's for therapeutic, relaxation or a combination of each. Jennie offers MANY modalities to your session ( see add-ons in service menu. please limit to 2-3 add-ons ). Unlike other massage places and spas, there are NO additional upgrade charges to modify your session! SPECiAL NOTE Jennie is hearing challenged (which works well in this profession) allowing her to utilize her sense of touch. She communicates well in person (lip reads & speaks well). She does not talk much while you are on the table, but you can use simple hand gestures if you need to "talk" to her in regards to the massage (she'lI show you when you come in).
