Carlington Massage Therapy Clinic

I believe that every client is unique therefore every treatment is unique. As a Registered Massage Therapist with post-graduate courses, I’ve learned a variety of tools and techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, joint mobilizations, assisted stretching techniques, and trigger point work. I will conduct a short assessment at the first appointment in order to determine the best course of action for each client. Evidence has shown the strong link between the mental/emotional and the physical body. As such, I believe in a comprehensive approach to health. I encourage clients to create and maintain a balanced and active lifestyle, which in turn empowers them to take ownership for their own well-being. I see myself as a partner in your journey to better health. I have treated people with a variety of conditions ranging from sports injuries, discomfort of chronic illness/pain, headaches and stress related conditions. I also offer pre- and post-natal massage. I have trained as a personal trainer as well as a yoga teacher.
